Candidates were assessed via customized technical assessment and behavioral profiling in line with the key competency requirements for the job; this included a competency-based interview. A final shortlist of recommended candidates for each role was presented to the SMoH, from which a candidate was selected and placed into each position following the SMoH-Candidate interviews facilitated by Phillips Consulting.
