Paul Ayim
Paul is responsible for our Digital Learning Strategic Business Unit (SBU). He also provides custodial oversight for our People Transformation and Classroom Training SBUs, divisions he led successfully for several years. Earlier Paul also worked for 7 years in the Information Technology Assurance division of Phillips Consulting.
About Paul
Paul has gathered over 20 years of experience in leadership; people management; project management; strategic planning; knowledge management; business performance support, digital learning and information assurance. He is a multi-industry leader with experience across the Public Sector, Education, Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, and SMEs sectors. Paul is a Certified Knowledge Manager and PRINCE2 Project Manager, providing project leadership and direction on numerous projects across the public and private sector. He is also an Executive Facilitator on Leadership & Management, Workplace Productivity, Emotional Intelligence and a frequent speaker at International and local conferences & webinars.
Before joining Phillips Consulting, Paul spent 3 years as head of information technology assurance in two banks. His foray into consulting began at EDP Audit and Security Associates, where he started as trainee consultant and grew to Senior Consultant over a period of 8 years. Paul possesses the following qualifications; Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), ACL Certified Trainer (ACT), Certified Managerial Assessment of Proficiency (MAP) Trainer, Certified Management & Leadership Trainer, and Certified Data Analyst.
Paul is currently the pcl. Policy Champion Lead, Human Capital Development Policy Commission at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), serves as board Chairman and director of two indigenous firms and a member of several committees in ICSAN, KM Institute and ISACA (Professional Associations).
