This course focuses on managing the human resource (HR) function from a competency-based approach which has been proven to be more effective in helping support the organisation to deliver the productivity gains, increased retention, and improved performance needed in organisations. To be able to tackle critical organizational challenges, this course has been designed to introduce delegates to the integrated process of implementing Competency Based HR Management in their organisations by applying their knowledge of competencies to the life cycle of human resource management.
