A major financial inclusion development organization needed to understand how to implement the strategy developed by a global strategy house.

The Solution

We organized a strategy and team bonding retreat for the NGO. At the retreat, pcl. facilitated the cascading of the strategic priorities into 3 separate implementation roadmaps.

The development of the roadmaps was achieved through an approach of collaborative strategy development to ensure wider and frontline staff perspectives were integrated into the strategy implementation plans.

The Results

pcl. helped break down the client’s strategic priorities into implementable initiatives and increased ownership, understanding and belief in the strategy. Furthermore, the NGO achieved improvements in team bonding and collaborative working.
